St. Louis Biomedical Dry Needling Certification March 9-10 & April 6-7, 2024
This unique program will train physical therapists to safety and effectively integrate Dry Needling and manual therapy into patient care. A clinical model will be presented identifying biomechanical and neurophysiological deficits physical therapists encounter. A treatment approach integrating recent advances in dry needling, pain science and manual therapy will be taught. Participants will be exposed to a variety of learning methods including presentations, video demonstration, theoretical material and intensive lab based courses to learn technique. This 100-hour program consists of 2 weekend lab intensives of 27 hours each, pre-course dry needling theory and learning modules and video demonstrations. Certification in Biomedical Dry Needling will be granted to candidates who complete Course I & II and all associated assignments and examinations. Approved by IPTA.
