Chiropractic Biomedical Dry Needling Certification
This comprehensive program equips clinicians to accurately identify biomechanical and neurophysiological dysfunctions and to treat them safely and effectively using a range of evidence-informed dry needling techniques. Participants will learn the theoretical foundations and practical applications of trigger point dry needling, with specific emphasis on integrating current pain science and advanced manual therapy principles.
The core curriculum includes 100 CE hours, delivered through two intensive weekend labs supported by online learning modules. An additional 100 hours of advanced training—featuring clinical case reviews, critical appraisal of current literature, and live Zoom-based mentoring—fulfills the full 200-hour requirement for licensure. Candidates who successfully complete all coursework and pass both written and practical examinations earn the Certification in Biomedical Dry Needling.
This program meets the regulatory requirements for Alberta-licensed chiropractors.
